| Elaine Barringer, Ph.D., director and senior professional development coach is passionate about helping others to maximize their success and achieve their professional goals. Dr. Barringer has a varied career that includes military service, federal government, teacher education, allied and medical education, academic program administration, including program development and evaluation. She has served as a career advisor, which included administering career assessments, served on numerous academic search committees, and operated a resume writing service for several technology companies that employed H-1B workers.
Elaine earned the Ph.D. in educational leadership and organizations at the University of California, Santa Barbara where her program of study included focus on the selection, development and supervision of personnel. At Wright State University (OH), she earned the master's in curriculum and instruction. Elaine extends her passion to the community where she volunteers her services to help others achieve self sufficiency and delivers motivational and instructional presentations.
